The movie really picks up at this point, with the cannibals killing and devouring people left and right, much to Dr. Chandler's annoyance. Turns out that Dr. O'Brero is actually Dr. Butcher! He's been bringing the dead back to life on Keeto for years. He transplants Susan's brain into a man's body and creates a transsexual zombie! Dr. Lorrie brings the cannibals under her control and everything ends ambiguously. The gore is of the highest quality and is portrayed very well.
